Meet The Director

Victoria leads day-to-day school operations at Early Ivy, overseeing team development, family engagement, and enrollment execution. She brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, including multi-site leadership, compliance, and program management. Prior to Early Ivy, she served as a Program Director managing operations, staff, and community partnerships across multiple centers. Vicky is focused on delivering a safe, high-quality environment while driving strong enrollment outcomes for the families and communities we serve.
